DID HORRIBLY!!!! :( Gained too much for my liking b/w Mother's Day and my birthday on Saturday. :( I NEEEEEEED to get back on track and STAY there! HELP!

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1)Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" (managed to do ALL OF IT!!! YAY!!!)

***UPDATE***
YAY! Managed to get an evening workout in! Now if only I could manage to do 2 workouts everyday without screwing up on the eating part. What annoys me, though, is when I eat less than my daily amount, and still either lose only 1/2 a pound or NONE at all. THAT is extremely frustrating. Almost (if not as much) as gaining weight from poor eating. Right now, though, I need to focus on WHAT I'm eating and how much of it.

*EVENING WORKOUT*
1.)Treadmill: 38min. 46sec. (it shut off on me again!)
Distance: 8.9 laps (2.24 miles)
Incline: 3, 4.0, 4.5, 6.5
Speed: 3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8
Burned:
Calories: 328
Fat Cals: 102
64.2 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 2.2 kg a Week
