As far as I know, and can tell, as long as your carbs stay low (under 20 is what Atkins said, but I'm usually under 10), your fat/protein percentages don't matter, and you stay in ketosis. Of course, you have to keep your proteins at a low enough level (50-70g?) that they don't turn to glucose, but that's the same in either case. Although, I know someone who does high protein and low fat, and she has lost beautifully! I usually have 3 eggs, 4 bacon, and 1 oz cream cheese during the day, and whatever protein I want for dinner (sometimes with lettuce). Does that answer your question? I'm rarely hungry (and will eat something if I am).
