中午蔥花麵包1個半,加3個高麗菜捲&水煮蛋。冰箱還剩7個胖!
高麗菜捲包絞肉加豆腐,好吃又熱量低,但午餐吃了麵包,所以餅乾有節制的只吃5片。把兒子公司送的年禮餅乾吃完了。接下來是姊妹送的3盒堅果,還沒過年,就把春節禮盒全吃了好像有點超過!??
