要警戒一下了!
中午吃豆漿鍋+烤地瓜,前幾天都吃豬肉,為了減少熱量,今天吃雞里肌肉。
飯後原本想來爬個微熱山丘,在APP上記錄熱量時,發現ㄧ個就二百多卡,我的手就默默的縮回來了,這些山丘還是留給女兒和老公好了,因為我一吃就會吃2塊(以上)😝😝😝,還是不吃比較保險!
昨晚幫姐姐做一些送小朋友的氣球,請老公去買晚餐,他...他....他.....竟然買了炸甜不辣和炸銀絲捲給我,真是太可惡了!豬隊友實至名歸啊!!!
