昨晚自己想吃炸銀絲捲和甜不辣,我的豬隊友立馬去買,怕我衝動後又反悔!加碼燙了一大盤青菜均衡一下。
今天中午一樣豆漿鍋+地瓜,熱量385!接著餅乾不停口的300卡下肚....
早上用好市多鬆餅粉烤義式脆餅,加蔓越莓乾,不加堅果和糖,熱量降低不少,覺得是個好選擇,可以多吃很多片!
