Just over a week to go to no-more-triple-D-day. Can't wait. I'm still so worried about backsliding, though, when I can't exercise for a few weeks after surgery. Maybe I can get back to at least walking pretty quickly. We'll see! I can't start over again!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
