Yesterday I was able to do the elliptical, finish packing, get some sun, eat yummy pizza with Mom, get us to the airport in plenty of time to relax before our 3 hr flight. Son and DIL met us at baggage claim and we dropped them off at their home. I got a few things from the grocery store and home about 11:30pm. Today did elliptical late in the evening; 1565 steps.
69.6 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
