so happy put on 12 pounds of muscle whilst keeping my body fat at 21%... am eat now 2500cal aday 251g protein 126g carbs 112g fat 40/40/40. i only go to gym once a day now cut out cardio session but still does 15000 steps each day.. still taking ostarine 30mg and cardarine 20mg but now added rad 140 20mg and mk677 20mg rad 140 is like taking test but with out the aggression or suppression of testing mk677 is a synagogue growth hormone
