一包牛舌餅直接吃光,剛開始減肥時可以很理智的吃一片,現在很明顯的,我的理智已斷線了.....
午餐蔬菜雞湯+桂圓核桃麵包+1包牛舌餅
下午茶:紅棗,燕麥棒,小熊軟糖
晚餐:半碗炸醬麵,桂圓核桃麵包,燕麥棒
今天蛋白質接近0,很糟的飲食!改改改!
