頭好痛,是感冒還是.......
中午煮虱目魚肚豆腐湯,加了不少薑,原本虱目魚只想放半片,後來乾脆全放進去煮。有魚和豆腐,今天蛋白質已達標囉!
昨晚先生的大哥送年禮,阿一鮑魚一盒,餅乾數盒.....😱😱😱,牛軋糖,核桃糕,還有醬油,雜貨,甚至還有口罩,真是太暖心了,但那麼多零食,根本就是挑戰我薄弱的意志力,感覺我會完敗,過年要肥3公斤???
