No mater howe strong you are or think you should be - we are designed for survival and you cant over power design. Its the way
we are wired !
Don't starve your self for a week..
Eat a lot and -often- each day.
Just eat the right foods.
Your body will cause u to "throw it out the window" or "bing" if you starve it. Your workouts are great and u will do well if u lose at a steady rate for 6 weeks rather than try and starve and dive the weight off - "it will be muscle loss and not fat" so you will rebound.
Good luck on your diet and finishing nursing school.
PS... What really helped me lose weight was buying a bunch of the pre-done meals from the fozen food section of the market. Some of these are really good, you know exactly how many calories u r eating, they are fast to fix (microwave), and mobile (take them to work or school)
