So after the beach weekend, I have gained weight. I am not happy, but I know I can get back on track. I am amazed that I am still 8 pounds down. This truly is motivating.
90.9 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
