Monday after Walk to Emmaus. Being on team was a good workout. I ate well the first two days, blew out Sunday, and still lost weight. Food tracking was not an option.
80.4 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
