很多人今天都要開工減肥,我也不例外,但吃完午飯,好想繼續吃東西啊,腫麼破?
忘了昨晚吃什麼了,但記得原本預計零食攝取要低於500,最後是650😅😅😅
今日午餐:紅豆年糕,高麗菜蛋花湯,滷肉,滷雞腿,豆輪,小蕃茄,巧克力
紅豆年糕不是什麼好東西,我是不會買的,老公偷偷買回來禍害我,扣分扣分!
