uncertainty and depression have negative effects on weight loss... *sigh* gotta get my life back in order!!

Just remember,things change and will get better... hang in there!!! I know how you feel, root canal last week & breast biopsy this week for me!! I was feeling sorry for myself so I was eating COMFORT FOODS and actually feeling worse because of the guilt I got!! STARTED OVER TODAY! NEW BEGINNINGS FOR BOTH OF US!!!
