Finally going down! It's been a long time. Day 6 of my 16/8 Intermittent Fasting. It's been going well, and so nice to see the scale finally going in the right direction. I just hope it continues. I eat breakfast around 11-11:30am, lunch around 3, a snack around 5 as usual, then dinner around 6:30 or so, then stop eating. I find myself eating less.
