duh kok BB Aku naik ya,sekilo aja lama turun nya,tapi kalau naik sekilo cepet banget hem,apa karna lagi datang bulan ya Bb aku jadi naik,gak apa lah yang penting konsisten,tetep semangat ya diriku.
