I was so tired last night, crashed early and slept late. Tonight I did the elliptical late. Seems to be the best time to get my exercise in... I waited too long to put on a sweatshirt and got chilled. Took FOREVER to get warm once I got into bed.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
