昨晚排超多水,今天體重降得有些浮誇!
如果是昨晚10點的鴛鴦咖啡發揮的強力作用,那就厲害了????下次感覺水腫時再來試試。
昨晚吃蘿蔔糕湯,然後吃了些小蕃茄,全天熱量約1500卡。
中午:南瓜牛奶起司菇菇湯+蔓越莓核桃麵包。沒啥蛋白質及纖維質,但南瓜牛奶湯好好喝!
今天頭痛已減輕九成,只剩輕微頭痛,但增加頭暈,晚上應該就可恢復正常了吧!
