*Made my 10lb goal :0) Took my Niece and Nephews to the Circus yesterday, and I resisted eating COTTON CANDY all day! :0) Didn't get to exercise...but walked about 3 blocks in the Phoenix 111 degree hotness so it kind of made up for it.
