I ate about 12 chocolate chip cookies last night. and I did not eat my full lunch or drink enough water.


Bad day for food. Ate too many calories, not enough calories burned. 8 hours of sleep. About 40oz of water. WILL do better tomorrow.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
