I’M GAINING WEIGHT!!! 😩 i’m still on calorie deficit and 16/8 IF. last week i started to do more strength training and less cardio, been drinking more water too, so i cannot understand the weight gain. not gonna lie i am disappointed and discouraged. HELP!!!

Maybe not enough calories? when I was doing weight training I had to up my calories.

@johnawill thank you! that’s probably one factor because i have only been consuming 1000 calories a day sometimes less. i will go ahead and increase my intake starting tomorrow. hopefully it helps 🤞

Are you weighing yourself at the same time each day? The numbers are not going up drastically. I weigh myself in the morning wearing very similar clothing and I've noticed if I don't, um, you know empty my bladder, even THAT will tip the scale a few ounces. Be proud of how far you have come. This is a journey. A life long journey. There absolutely will be set backs but if you resolve to never give up, nothing, nothing can stop you.
