Another 3 pounds down! I'm trying to do everything I can to hold onto my enthusiasm because my journey is going to be a loooong one!
Sometimes it really helps me to have me have a visual aid. I was picking up some fresh produce at the grocery store this morning and I realized that several things were in 3-pound bags: apple, oranges, onions, etc. I picked up each one individually and held it up and really felt the weight and looked at it and said to myself, "This is off my body this week. This is something I no longer have to carry around."
That feeling and image really gives me the strength to move forward with some healthy choices this week!
