Lets get this party started...going to focus on eating healthy the next 7 weeks. I'd like to lose 5-8 lbs. My goal is 2 lbs a week.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
