今天早上破功了,吃了起士蛋餅
晚上又很晚吃,有甜甜的木瓜牛奶,還有一大盤菜跟海帶,還有餛飩湯,
雖然從早餐到晚餐中間都有忍住沒有亂吃,
但吃的東西都不是減肥的,而且晚餐又太晚吃了
