So I regained all the weight I lost. But my fat percentage is lower. Even if I gained weight I'm different than before. Now I understand a mistake I made in this process. I stuck on keto and wanted to avoid carbs. But guess what? I had a lot of fat and my body got fat very quickly. I wish I hadn't made such a mistake. but I think I finally know how to be a healthy person. It was a long process, a long psychological process, but now I learned how to eat. And most importantly I understood how to maintain my weight for years. Now I am learning to value and love myself more. I think that's what makes life the most beautiful. This is what makes beautiful our relationship with other and even myself. Loving yourself makes your live better not losing weight. I understood this at the end of the process. There are a lot to discover and learn.
