This was my first home weigh in, I'll do this every Wednesday morning and I'll just put my noon WW weigh in in my journal (since I'll only do that every 4 weeks).
75.1 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
