Disappointed again with my weight gain, I've been doing well in some other areas of my life but I've kept struggling with my weight.

I feel desperate now, I feel like I need a few days to really starve myself so that I can get back on track.

Also Ramadan is coming next month, I hope to put myself back on track this month and then to really get back into it during Ramadan.
74 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know folks who do ramadan…. It sounds hard work in the daytime, but an ABSOLUTE FREEFORALL at night!! Or maybe thats the youngish blokes who i’ve talked to!!

But dont really worry too much. If the rest of your busy life is on track and the washing up is done , yoo are so well on track! Wait a week. Don’t be disappointed!

Pls don’t be hard on yourself the point of weight loss is to make us feel good …. I’ve been on that yo-yo all my life self love & kindness can only aid weight loss Ramadan will help us if we stay on the healthy side not too many sweet things xxx pls don’t be sad

Hi Sumaiya, good luck to you too! Hi trytrytry, it's become a joke in my family that people GAIN weight during Ramadan because everyone overeats when the time comes to break our fast 😅 I'm going to try to not overdo it this year 😁👍

I have lost a stone since Christmas slow but sure not even dieting eating awesome meals I have started buying with gusto delicious home cooked recipes everything supplied to cook from scratch see their recipes on line that's dinner sorted breakfast one slice of unbuttered toast with either a poached egg or half advocado or quarter of tin chopped tomatoes or boiled egg lunch usually 1 slice of unbuttered bread with either a few ounces of ham or chicken (half a sandwich) and heinz cream of chicken or tomato cuppa soup new I always drink green tea through the day or water I try to move about more than I eat min 6000 steps and a few alcoholic drinks at the weekend I don't feel like I'm dieting and losing weight slow but sure I recommend gusto
