My phone just stopped working. Fortunately "fatsecret" is also in browser online. I cannot access my Huawei health app, where my scale automatically uploads my progress (or "regress"). So, here I am 200g lighter than 4 days ago. Not as much as I would like, but I've not been following 100% my calories intake for the past days, so, not bad. I've been trying to exercise lightly every day. I'm really out of shape, but getting better and more energetic. My fat percentage, according to my scale, is 41,5%, if I can remember well it came down a bit. And that might be even more importante than weight alone. Keeping it up!
