For all my peeps that workout, how much of your total calories/protein do you eat post workout? My biggest meal by far is my preworkout meal (700-1000 kcal/100g carbs/40g protein) but kinda curious what people are doing. I workout in the evening so I try to not overdo the carbs since I’m usually in bed by 10pm
71.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Right now I’m doing early AM fasted workouts, and don’t have lunch till around noon-2pm. Before when I was a healthy weight I did early AM fasted strength training with a protein shake right after and I did cardio in the evenings with larger meal/dinner after. My goal, even at healthy weight was never bulking but strengthening & toning.
