My weight fluctuates wildly throughout the day. Especially in the beginning, I would focus on the overall trend more than daily variation. Then, as you approach your goal-weight, think about that special number *a little bit* more.
All of that is just to say, do your self-esteem a solid and weigh yourself at the same time of day, with similar clothes on so that you have decent data with which to work. Just my 2 cents!! 🙂 You've got this!!!
