weigh in different time...I'll take this weight..don't wanna reach 270 ugh
121.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 6.0 kg a Week

My weight fluctuates wildly throughout the day. Especially in the beginning, I would focus on the overall trend more than daily variation. Then, as you approach your goal-weight, think about that special number *a little bit* more. All of that is just to say, do your self-esteem a solid and weigh yourself at the same time of day, with similar clothes on so that you have decent data with which to work. Just my 2 cents!! 🙂 You've got this!!!
