WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: -2.6 lbs from last week
same weight last friday, my lowest to date.
getting to my goal slow and steady…
it’s a lifestyle not a diet.. a marathon not a sprint…
75.2 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
