Not much to say today, but I'm feeling good! Now that the scale is starting to move down a little more consistantly (even if it is slower than I would like) my motivation is going up!
72.4 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
