Week 3 - day 2 Tummy workout...feeling good, everyday i feel i'm getting stronger...Had an issue on the treadmill after my workout...I usually use an incline of 3.5, however my left ankle is bothering me again and suddenly 10 mins on the treadmill and my left ankle was sending such painful msgs, i wanted to stop. Yesterday i did a crossfit class which involved alot of bouncing so i thought i must have overdone it...my ankle has been hurting the past couple of days...so i adjusted the incline until it would not hurt and finished off my 30 mins walking! if i am not doing this challenge i would have probably stopped the treadmill, moaned, and declared myself out of action to take a couple of days rest but i kept on going with an adjustment, ok it's not a 3.5 but a 1.5 incline but heck it worked!i will probablly keep it at this and the incline back gradually, maybe i need some recovery time. Isle of MTV concert tonight so not working out at the gym, but lots of jumping, cheering and dancing from me :)!
