My weight has been the same for the past 3 days but looking back I can see that as a pattern. I will have the same weight for several days then drop 2-4 pounds in a couple days. I guess that is normal when you weigh everyday. I don't know why but every time I step on the scale I am afraid it is going to go up but it doesn't, I think I still cannot believe how much weight I have lost.
