Struggling a bit to stay at a stable weight 😞🙏🏼

A lot of challenges recently but I know they are placed there so I can help others and because of God’s desire for me to learn.
63.6 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
