I did not have a very good weekend. The holiday was great, but I felt bad because I ate so much food at the cookout my family had. I guess the good thing is I didn't gain any weight..still maintaining 130 lbs. I haven't even worked out since thursday. Well, the past is the past, and today is the start of me getting back on track and eating right.
