體重稍降就又想吃澱粉....
中午吃兩個韭菜盒子,然後又吃了四顆莊式巧克力,要價320!太貴了,吃完好空虛!可能滋露巧克力或七七乳加比較適合偶!
下午也亂吃了一些零食,原本想情緒性大量進食,後來有克制!
晚餐和老公分食一個炸雞排便當!
昨天有運勳,發現踮腳很考驗平衡。都要堅持!
