When I went to the Allergist yesterday I noticed the scale was off. I asked the nurse if the scale in the waiting room was correct. She chuckled and said " oh no, it weighs 9lbs. heavy." I was in shock, "really?" She said "yeah, just subtract 9lbs from what ever you see." So apparently I really weigh 167-9= 158lbs! Since my graph is already messed up I think I will just record my actual weight in my journal entries and correct the graph once a way to make adjustments exists.

Anyway, I've done really good. It has been difficult at times since my friends have all ordered dessert and tried to tempt me into cheating. (It was so tough to pass on Coldstone ice cream, Brownie sundae, Apple Crisp, and cake this week!) But I am proud of myself for sticking to my guns each day. To reward myself, I am going to have some free pizza at a work meeting. :) No more phase 1 for the month after tomorrow, and I've been following it 100% at least until I get my hands on a piece of that pizza.

Going on vacation Friday, not going to do the diet until next month when I do phase 1 again. Let's see if my plan works...

Oh and I have been doing my exercise video faithfully every other day and can see a difference in my trouble spots. I have decided I will continue to do the video even when I am not doing the diet.

I'm so excited that I am seeing actual results!

Congratulations, that is great news! You totally deserve that pizza. :) Even if you don't follow the diet, if you're able to eat mostly healthy food during your vacation and I bet you'll keep the weight off and be back to losing when you start up again. Good work!
