Holy Schmoly am I sore!! So, this was my third year running in the Dirty Girl Mud Run and Obstacle Course, there was so much more running this year. This isn't your typical track running either, this is like running through a corn field. There are deep wheel ruts and holes, uneven ground, huge rocks, sheered off corn stalks ankle high, inclines, etc...let's just say, I thought I was prepared but this year was definitely the toughest year. BUT I survived!! I was a front runner on my team and we all did amazing! So proud of us for sticking together and finishing together! I had not ONE clean spot on me so mission accomplished!! I didn't workout yesterday or today, my body needs a few days of rest. I twisted both my ankles about 8 times so running probably won't be an option until those are better. Walking down stairs is about impossible, I look like a 90 year old woman LOL. Gonna be a sleepy Monday but hey, I'm down 2.6 inches from last week so woohoo!! Happy Monday all!
