My last entry is was a hoot, "I'm back on Atkins starting today", how innocent and ignorant. I have a problem with eating too much (high cal, high fat, junk) food. And I'm really lazy. I don't know what changes I'll make this week, but I will do my best to keep my food journal each day so I can review my weaknesses.
