I didn't really want to record my weight with my Easter weekend mini-binge but for all intensive purposes of starting on a modified atkins today I did record it. I also took measurements this morning. Yay for getting up in the morning and doing stuff!
So this week and probably next I would like to keep my net carbs between 25-30, with half of those coming from veggies. I'm finding so far that the most difficult thing planning meals is to get enough cals AND enough veggies. But I went on a ridiculous shopping spree last night and bought meats and veggies and full fat dressings. I'm actually really excited right now.
Measurements. Waist - 29.5 Spare tire/love handle - 36.5 Hips - 36.5 Thighs - 23 Calf - 12.5 Bicep - 12 Chest - 30.5 and 36.5
