今天繼續養豬,進香買的零食快吃完了,體重隨著上升。一減一增,感慨似乎是ㄧ種另類物質不滅定律!
傍晚感到太罪惡,終於出門散步兼買菜,步行1個半鐘頭還抵不上今天吃下的花生!😅😅😅
控制體重的人生真是太難惹!
