Day two.
Had a slight headache this morning but was expecting it. It's seemed to have cleared up now with ibuprofen and tea. Probably just a little dehydrated (even though I drink water like a fish).
I know it's just water weight but I'm down a pound from yesterday so I'm motivated. Today I tried entering all of my veggies in the snacks section of the food diary like someone suggested. It's almost harder for me that way because building meals is all over the place.
In other news somehow I have another phone screening tonight. Right now I don't think I'm qualified for the position. They want someone to set up their pilot plant for freeze dried foods. That's cool and all but I have no IDEA where to start with picking out equipment for that. So I'll just have a chat with them and see where it goes. Hoping to hear back from Post soon though - I do love cereal. Which is kind of funny right now being without it completely.
