中午12點~晚上6點,午餐零食吃不停!然後晚餐就算了!
但現在晚上10點,巴豆夭!
要好好忍到明天12點!
昨晚看電視沈重人生,說實在的,醫師要求1200卡的熱量,對多數人都有些難,更別提一個200-300公斤的胖子了!
但吃成這樣也很可悲,所以還是要好好控制以防失控翻車。
