9st 9lb (1 off at WW) I had a lovely birthday, with traitorous people giving me marshmallows, chocolates, dolly mixtures, and a three tier cake stand of cup cakes! So I'm pleased with my result this week, achieved with a combination of moderation and lots of sharing! I'm away in Bath next weekend with lots of eating out planned, and I'm not sure the walking around will be sufficient to compensate but I can be moderate in the week in advance so I can relax while I'm there :-)
61.2 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
