This has been a really hard week for me.. but im trying .. I have increase water during my normal bordom times and I really do get a result as i watch counting my calories.. Which is hard.. u have to watch every thing!!!!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
