自製甜點:無糖希臘優格+無糖綠茶粉+無糖芝麻粉+腰果3顆+五顆藍莓
飲品:無糖蘋果醋
NG類:黑輪2小塊+香菇貢丸切片2-3片+甜不辣1小塊+小包蘇打餅(86大卡)
53.3 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
