It's really hard to lose weight in the summer. So many more social gatherings and every one of them has food, alcohol, or both. I can avoid the alcohol with no problem...still working on the food. I had some friends over to watch a movie last night. It got late, and we started snacking. I had enough will power to choose only diet-friendly snacks, but since I was eating at 10:30pm it obviously wasn't truly diet-friendly. I guess the best way to see this is...At least I didn't gain any weight. Today will be better!
