昨天168斷食,中午吃了半個龍鳳堡+1個煎餃,下午吃了好幾包餅乾+一個大餅跟一個紅豆餡餅+橘子+蜜棗,晚餐吃菜肉+五顆番茄,但是八點多吃了一整盒自然顏的蘇打餅⋯⋯⋯然後胖0.1公斤
53.7 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
